REFUND POLICY
Our policy lasts 30 days (exclusions apply, see below). If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange.
The product must be new and in its original packaging. It must not be broken, worn or damaged.
In order to make use of our return and refund policy, your item(s) must have arrived damaged or defective, please follow the warranty process and contact our Customer Service Team (support@ksmartwatch.co.uk) for RMA authorization within 7 days of receipt of order. After returning the product to the address provided by our Customer Care Team, we can send you a new item for free.
Special Note:
Customers must first send a clear photo or video of the damaged or defective product and shipping packaging before we can consider issuing RMA authorization. Please use good lighting and close or medium distance so that we can identify and verify the problem. The size of the attachment must be less than 2 MB.
Please note that we do not refund shipping costs and do not cover return shipping costs. Shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.
All return and refund requests are carefully evaluated by our team. Once we receive the necessary information regarding your request, we will review it promptly and provide you with detailed instructions on the next steps.
We do not accept returns or refunds if the customer changes their mind after placing their order.
Exchanges can be made for any product or size. Returns are made on store credit and all sales are final. Returns are not accepted on promotional sales, discounted orders, clearance items or international orders. Please allow up to 2 weeks for the exchange process.
We are not responsible for packages that are stolen from your delivery address or if the post office is unable to deliver to your address due to the incorrect address given or if they are unable to obtain entry/access.
All refunds will be returned to your original payment within 7 to 10 business days after it is processed.

ITEMS ON OFFER
Only regular priced items can be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
CANCELLATIONS
Because orders are processed quickly after they are received, we do not allow cancellations after an order is placed. All sales are final.
